warning We have been a member almost 3 years now. It is relly difficult to deal with Direct Buy and there is no savings. 1. sometimes the prices look good but then they begin to add shipping &handling, etc. and here we go you have the same prices.
2. you have to wa????t 4-10 weeks almost any order.
3. they do not deliver it to your house. so you have to deal with it.
3. sometimes the prices are good but then you have to order 4-6 or 12 of them. who needs 12 bath top for their baby.
4. you cannot see most of the orders except from the catalogs. If you want to buy furniture or something you cannot see it.
5. lets say that you bought the furniture and after 2-3 months you pick it up and take it to your home and put it together and you did not like it. you cannot return it back. sometimes they let you put it ????n their showrooms and if somebody want to buy your furniture you will get your money back.
6. they never have enough people in th showrooms. plus they are not able to help you most of the time. so you have to find whatever you are looking for from the catalogs and it is a hassle.
7. there is more to tell but ???? am not going to. ???? wish ???? kept my money back. there are planty of good deals outside and since ???? paid almost 5000 dollar ro direct buy ???? am stuck with them. because they do not want to pay your money back.

Liar, liar, pants on fire by Julie W. at InsiderPages We received information in the mail and decided to check out the business. We are planning an addition to our home and the prospect of buying direct really appealed to us. However, I had to call and ask for our visitor pass 3 times before we ever received one. Once we went to the actual store, we had to wait 20 minutes for no reason at all. (This was after we filled out our paper work.) The gentleman that helped us, Steve, was not the gentleman we were told to ask for, Darrel. Once his presentation started, I was appalled. His math was incorrect as he attempted to show us the amount we could save using thier services, and then as we were closing, I asked him a few pointed questions. Could we bring in non-members to the show room? Was there a Direct Buy located in KY? He told us yes to both, and both were lies. They really do not want non-members in the show room and we had seen the map in the presentation room and another map in a magazine he showed us that nowhere listed KY as home to the company. That turned us off right away. When we asked if we could have a few minutes to talk about it, he said sure, but never left and so we declined. The other point is that we are trying to save money and $4590 is a whole lot of money, not an amount that my family spends on a whim or because we were pressured into it by a bald over zealous sales man.
PROS:
CONS: We were not given accurate information during the sales pitch. Read more at albuquerque.citysearch.com
Just not right by Karen H. at InsiderPages ...that this company uses high pressure sales tactics: buy now or forever lose out to try to allure you into their membership. They got us with a mailing that stated Just for viisting, you will recieve 2 bonus gifts listed. No mention of the gifts once we were there. Not to mention, the cost of the membership is $4K!!! Sure buying from the manufacturer would be GREAT - and would save you $$$, but not in our case. Read more at albuquerque.citysearch.com
